Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Use of Personal Information

If a customer wishes for any of the following, the Company, after confirming the identity of the individual, will respond within a reasonable period and scope.

• When prior consent has been obtained from the customer
• When a customer wishes to correct, add to, or delete their own personal information. However, this is limited to cases where the content of the personal information differs from the facts.
• When a customer wishes to suspend the use of or erase their own personal information. However, regarding personal information retained based on laws and regulations, the Company may be unable to comply with the request.

Application Procedures

Requests concerning the "Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Use of Personal Information" described above, as well as inquiries regarding personal information, are accepted through the following procedure.

Verification of the Individual or Representative

In the case of a request from the individual, we will verify that you are the individual by means of identification documents such as a driver's license, passport, or health insurance card, and information registered with the Company such as your address, name, telephone number, and date of birth.
In the case of a request from a representative, in addition to the above, we will verify that you are the representative by means of a power of attorney, a seal registration certificate, and the like.

Fees

For a request to disclose personal information, the Company may charge a prescribed fee.
