What is Mind Circuit®?
Based on Choice Theory Psychology proposed by American psychiatrist Dr. William Glasser, this program delivers health recommendations tailored to a person's innate fundamental needs and personality.

Conventional health follow-up primarily proposes "health actions" based on "effectiveness measurements." While this approach is objective, it does not take into account the client's preferences or personality. If the recommendations happen to match the client's preferences, they may continue and produce results — but if not, the client often quits quickly.
In addition to the conventional "effectiveness measurements" and "health actions," Mind Circuit emphasizes "Mindset Setup" — the intrinsic motivation rooted in the client's own genuine desire to change. Clients first set their "desired health state," then take a "needs assessment" based on Choice Theory Psychology. Based on the results, we propose health actions tailored to each individual's personality and needs, developed together with Choice Theory psychologists.

About the Mind Circuit®
Special Website
During the Expo period (until October 13, 2025), we made the Expo Special Edition (originally exhibited in June) freely available for a limited time.
In addition to the standard program, visitors could experience a special edition combining hands-on activities possible within the Osaka-Kansai Expo pavilion.
Unique health actions specific to the Expo venue — such as "Time your walk around the Grand Roof Ring" or "Relax in the Forest of Tranquility" — were proposed, and recommended pavilion information was included on the explanation pages linked to each health action.
We see strong potential for Mind Circuit to evolve into a communication tool that connects health guides and clients across diverse health guidance fields.
