Please contact us through the form below first. We will explain the listing requirements via online meeting.
For the first order, we ask you to provide product samples. From the second order onward, we will purchase the products from you in advance and sell them on Efma.
Please note that Efma can only carry Foods with Health Claims.

Can I commission only product page creation without listing on Efma?

Yes. In addition to landing pages (LPs), we can produce brochures, flyers, and other materials. After consultation, we encourage you to also consider listing on Efma.

I'm worried whether our in-house promotional materials might violate regulations. Could you review them?

Of course. In recent years, advisory notices and corrective orders under the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act (PMD Act), the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations, and the Specified Commercial Transaction Act have been increasing.
